Disable or enable a member

When you disable a member's account:

  • They no longer have access to AEMO's Market Systems.
  • Any previous roles assigned to them restore if they are re-enabled, providing the role is still active.

  • Any previous groups they were assigned to restore if they are re-enabled, providing the group is still active.

  • You cannot see the roles and groups they were assigned unless they are re-enabled.

  • You cannot see them to add member to a group. or assign roles with permissions.

Enable member

To enable a member:

  1. Follow the steps for Modify member profile details.
  2. Under Account status, click the toggle to change to Enabled.

Disable member

To disable a member:

  1. Follow the steps for Modify member profile details.
  2. Under Account status, click the toggle to change to Disabled and click Save.
